Serenity Housing – Direct Booking Website
1. Booking & Payment Policy
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your stay.
We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a booking, you authorize Serenity Housing to charge your payment method for the full reservation amount and any applicable fees.
2. Security Deposit
A $100 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your card prior to check-in.
* This deposit is fully refundable within 24–48 hours after checkout, provided:
* No damages occur
* No house rules are violated
* No additional cleaning or guest-related fees are incurred
Serenity Housing reserves the right to deduct from the deposit if necessary.
3. Cancellation Policy
* Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before check-in
* No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in
* No refunds for:
* Late arrivals
* Early departures
* No-shows
All cancellations must be submitted through the booking platform or in writing.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
* Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out or early check-in may be available upon request and may result in additional fees.
5. Property Use & Occupancy
This booking is for a PRIVATE ROOM in a shared home, not the entire property.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
* Common areas may be shared with other guests or residents
* Quiet, respectful behavior is required at all times
* This is not a party or event space
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
6. Additional Guests
* Reservations include 1 guest unless otherwise specified
* 1 additional guest may be allowed for an additional fee
* Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited
Violation may result in:
* Immediate cancellation without refund
* Additional charges
* Removal from the property
7. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from:
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
8. House Rules & Conduct
Guests agree to:
* Treat the property with care and respect
* Clean up after themselves in shared spaces
* Follow all posted house rules and signage
* Respect other guests’ privacy and comfort
Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund.
9. Damages & Additional Charges
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
Charges may include but are not limited to:
* Property damage
* Excessive cleaning
* Missing items
* Rule violations
Charges will be applied to the card on file.
10. Pets (If Applicable)
Pets are allowed only if approved in advance.
Pet fees:
* Small: $15
* Medium: $25
* Large: $35
Rules:
* Pets must be crated when unattended
* No pets on beds or furniture
* Pets must be leashed outside
11. Hot Tub / Amenities (If Applicable)
Guests using amenities such as the hot tub agree to:
* Follow all posted instructions
* Keep covers closed after use
* Use at their own risk
Serenity Housing is not responsible for misuse.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Serenity Housing is not responsible for:
* Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
* Injuries occurring on the property
* Misuse of amenities
Guests assume all risks associated with their stay.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
* Refuse or cancel bookings
* Remove guests who violate policies
* Deny entry for safety or compliance reasons
14. Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By booking, you agree:
* Not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us
* That all charges are authorized
Fraudulent disputes will be contested with:
* Signed agreement
* Booking confirmation
* Communication records
15. Agreement to Terms
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
